I've always lived healthfully and have been interested in finding a sustainable lifestyle that worked best for me. I was sailing along just fine for quite some time until things got messy. Lots of symptoms, lots of confusion, ailments that were difficult to diagnose, hard to approach, and then terror set in. 

I began navigating some treacherous terrain several years ago and my "good health" seemed to be going off the rails. There were too many ER visits to mention. My world, which was once riddled with IBS and made better by dietary changes, became a place of havoc again with an onslaught of super-severe food allergies that manifested in several anaphylactic reactions. Then there were mysterious coughing spells, asthmatic episodes out of nowhere, voice loss (which scared the pants off me) throat tightening, and other things that I could tell you if you pulled up a chair and had about 3 hours. 

Having experienced so many traumatic events in a short time and being a person who loves life, has a small person depending on her, and sports an Aries sensibility, I couldn't stand back and allow myself to fall apart. I learned to research, self-advocate, use my intuition and seek out those who could be helpful, trustworthy, compassionate, and critical to my own health transformation, and sense of self-efficacy. 

For me, creating balance, wholeness, and sustainable wellness has taken a village as well as patience, guidance, support, and perseverance. At times it's been a painful, frightening, anxiety-inducing, assault on my body and ego.  Yet, I've approached each challenge with an intense desire to get back to my healthy, vivacious, sing-song-ing self and to release any feelings of shame, for we are not defined by the things that happen to us, but by the ways in which we cope. 


Our trials often become our triumphs. Our pain can pave the way for joy and when we get through the tough stuff, we are often stronger and better equipped than before. The silver lining here is that these ordeals have given me a new direction to explore, and a renewed sense of purpose. I would love to help you feel better. 

I have completed formal training and have recently begun Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching with the hope of inspiring, educating, and encouraging people to reclaim their health as I have through truth-telling, and trusting the process of transformation. I am excited to share what I’ve discovered. I have a pocket full of stories, juicy tidbits. I continue to scour the earth for morsels of magic and magnificence that I can share with you. 


Our bodies are our temples. We must mind them and nurture them. It's important to know that being healthy doesn't have to be difficult. Small changes, one step at a time, can make a big impact on your health and overall sense of wellness. 


I am ready to listen and assist you in achieving your personal goals since you know your body better than anyone, and you know your mind. They are so very connected. Sometimes that connection gets fuzzy and things get tangled up in a big ball of confusion. It can be frustrating and stressful, I know. Our sense of well-being is too precious to ignore, since health is wealth, and without it, we can not live our dreams and be our best selves. 

I would be honored to assist you in maintaining your health, overcoming obstacles, navigating tough terrain, and to help you restore, rebalance, and reconnect your body and mind in the spirit of elevating your whole being. 


Since I've been through so much, I believe I can support and help educate you in matters of wellness, nutrition, and living a less toxic, more vibrant lifestyle. The intention of my practice is to help you find a centered state of well-being, confidence, and a sustainable sense of abundance. We are not a one diet fits all, cookie-cutter kind of species. It's all about bio-individuality and finding what food, physical activity, and adjustments work best for your body and lifestyle.
